Based on the challenges and opportunities offered by the current developments in terms of public innovation, the sessions include debates on territorial governance and citizen participation, especially considering the challenge of building a more inclusive future in the face of digital transformation. This track opens up a spectrum of locally implemented practices, solutions and tools to offer better services and help citizens understand the context in which they live. Practices and solutions for data management and active technology will be discussed, as well as ideas and actions to promote new methods of institutional action at the local level, new dynamics of citizen participation, transparency and open government.
In this sense, digital innovation can boost and improve the quality of life and the way we interact with decision makers.
